New Build

This commanding, architecturally designed residence situated on Eyre Peninsular was the dream of a local couple who wanted to create a standout home to outlast the harsh coastal elements. A mere nine month construction period resulted in this stunning beach house, which is perfectly suited to the needs of the clients.

From the ground up, the home was created on a concrete slab, integrated with a Duragal steel floor frame system. Supaloc steel framing was used for the structural construction and the framing was clad with a rendered Hebel veneer featuring custom orb corrugated panels. A great deal of care was taken to select materials to minimise future problems caused by the coastal conditions.

The internal fit out and cabinetry was selected with a contemporary feel. The home features a stunning kitchen combination of Caesarstone bench tops, 2 Pac paint joinery and glass splash backs, complimenting a clever and cost effective ‘polished concrete look’ floating floor. The crisp bathroom tiles and paint selections continue to enhance the bright and refreshing ambiance throughout the home.

The views across Spencer Gulf are brought into the living room by the use of Metallic Silver powder coated aluminium stacker doors, which open up the home to the stunning curved Modwood deck, providing a breathtaking indoor/outdoor living space. The façade displays distinctive and bold lines, a unique colour palette and a clever skillion roof design, allowing natural light to flood the home.

This impressive structure was completed on time and within budget. The beach house incorporates the stunning coastal landscape with a fresh contemporary design and is a great example of attention to detail.
