New Build

This clever design allows clients the luxury of two mirrored, private holiday apartments with stunning views of The River Murray. A mere ten month construction period resulted in these ‘up-market shacks’ which can be enjoyed by two families.

Due to council regulations for possible flooding, the apartments were built on a raised Duragal steel floor frame system. Supalock steel framing was used for the structural construction and the framing was clad with Scyon weatherboard and custom orb corrugated panels.

The internal fit out and cabinetry was selected with a cost effective and modern feel. The apartments both feature quality kitchens and appliances, timber laminate floating floors and neutral colour schemes ready for both families to add their personal touches to individualise.

Stepping outside through the powder-coated aluminium stacker doors, the views across the magnificent Murray can be enjoyed on the enormous hardwood deck which is the platform for a fabulous common entertaining area. The clever design, also allows for a downstairs shared laundry, bathroom, large storage room and ample undercover entertaining.
